My Last Ditch Pitch

I don't beg. I rarely plead. But this is important - please read this link, and share it with anyone you know who might be not voting or not sure of who they are going to vote for tomorrow. Heck, share it with everyone you know.

My buddy Mr. Light Bulb - ever the leading beacon - was where I heard this.

What!...

You mean Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and Islamic Jihad support the jackass party, and jackass candidates?! I'm shocked!

If it looks like a jacobin, sounds like a jacobin, and smells like a jacobin ... it is probably a terrorist.

You're talking about the new "moderate" face of the legislative branch of the United States government, right?...the Al America Moderates Brigades?

Edmund Schrag said...

Don't I wish! They're only "moderates" while they're in the minority.

pwnd. That is all.

Moderate! Ha!

If only... Can we clone Liberman's brain (not that I believe in cloning... but since this is a theoretical wish and all) and have it transplanted to pretty much EVERYONE else from his old side of the isle??

And somebody please give me the year back I was dating Marc... :gags:

ROTFLMAO.

OK, this is like the second most humiliating thing I can think of - having an ex comment about you on a blog. That... can't be good for a boy's self-esteem.

First most humiliating thing I can think of? Didja see Lynn Cheney lay the "slap down" on Wool Blitzer? (yeah, I know that's what Savage calls him, but I like it)

Lynn Cheney proved that a lady (who writes excellent patriotic children's books) can kick a man's ass forwards, backwards, and upside down.

Almost felt sorry for him when I heard that interview! ...With HEAVY emphasis on the 'almost'!

I mean, who was running that interview, anyways? :)

Michael Tams said...

Hey Sebo,

I used nearlt that exact same statement earlier today... "emphasis on the 'almost'" in reference to someone else. DW and Samuel are my witnesses, and as the man says, "if I'm lyin', I'm dyin'".

P.S. You think Wool Blitzer is a man?

Sebosmile said...

Well, no, the word 'man' would be an insult to the rest of you, wouldn't it?

I would like to issue an retraction/apology! ;)

Michael Tams said...

Sebo,

It's a mistake anyone of us could have made, no apology necessary! Appearances, of course, can be deceiving.

But of course. The whole 'incorrectly covered books' thing. ;)

I've heard a Ann Coulter rumor concerning you floating in the wind... Any truth to it?

Michael Tams said...

Hey Sebo,

Who's been filling your head with such ideas, I wonder? That's just an old running joke. Ann's a beauty, and I love conservative women, but I'm spoken for by the one I'm married to and the soon-to-be two year old who occupies a place of honor in my heart. Annie's great, but that's competition even she couldn't handle.

I get e-mails addressed from her, which is how the joke started. I almost had a friend of mine talked into writing her and trying to get a date, but the wimp chickened out.

Sebosmile said...

Whimp from around this blog? Lol!

Mr. Adams commented about the Ann thing and I was all "...He's probably joking, but now I want to know!"

Naw, I bet your 2 year old is adorible! :) Is she in the 'no' stage yet?

Michael Tams said...

No my wipmy friend is an offline buddy - the guys here all have guts to spare.

Sebo, she was BORN in the no stage. She's all blond curls and loud noises, the latter which I attribute to having a brother 19 months her senior. Ought to be REAL fun for me in about 12 years!

Actually, it'll start being fun when they reach the "she's looking out my car window stage! his piece of cake is bigger then mine!' stage.

(I should know, I'm the oldest of four and my sister's 12 years younger then me.)

Also, I can assure you they will both hit teenage moodiness at about the same date at that age seperation- girls hit it at 13 and boys about three years later, lol.

Lucky you! ;) ;)

Sebo,

I'm a lucky fellow all right, and Sister, you don't know the half of it! ;)
